Please read carefully the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by Ocean Health Club from time to time by Ocean Health Club (these “Terms”). These Terms define your and Ocean Health Club’s rights and obligations. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed at any time at www.reshape-rumble.gi (the “Site”). Changes to these Terms will be notified via posting on the Site (or other written notice to you).

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site and/or any facility operated by Ocean Health Club (a “Club”), you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms. In addition, when using particular Ocean Health Club services, you also shall be subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

 

OCEAN MEMBERSHIPS(*)

-All membership must be paid for by direct debit, annual payment or cash (£5 fee will incur with cash payments). *student members must pay direct debit or annual only.

-Student memberships are available for persons aged 16 – 24 years; ID & student proof will be required. *Members aged 18 years and under must have a parent or legal guardian present on joining.

-All ID & discounted membership proof required must be submitted to us within one month of your sign-up date, failure to do so will result in your membership automatically upgrading to the ‘Standard’ package.

-Student membership packages will automatically upgrade to our ‘standard’ membership the month of your 24th Birthday unless further student ID is provided.

-To cancel, freeze or make changes to your membership you must complete a form and sign at reception; 1 calendar months’ notice is always applicable. If for any reason you cannot visit the club then please contact Head Office. Changing or cancelling your Direct Debit will not change the status of your membership.

-You may freeze your membership at the price of £10 per month for all standard payers. Freezing is for a minimum of one month & a maximum of six months. *Student memberships will incur no fee to freeze membership.

Amendments or cancellations cannot be processed over telephone.

-Your Membership card is only to be used for your personal use. Replacement membership cards will be issued at reception at the cost of £5.00 per card.

-Your Ocean Health Club Off peak or Weekends membership only allows access to the Ocean Health club facilities. Reshape& Rumble, Atlantic Gym & outlets are not included.

- Membership packages and price plans can be changed and amended to other membership packages.

-Ocean Health Club reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate or withdraw a member’s contract at any time.

-On occasion, gym photos and videos may be posted on the Ocean Health Club website, Facebook page, or others social media platforms. On occasions members may appear on the background, If you don’t agree to appear on these please inform us immediately during the shoot.

OCEAN HEALTH CLUB CLASSES

OCEAN membership holders receive free access to all the classes during the membership access hours. Such classes may be available until such time that the club considers these are no longer suitable for the business.

Members would be able to sign up for the class at reception desk from 15min prior the class start time. Ocean Health Club makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.

All full time Ocean Members are entitled to UNLIMITED  access to Reshape and Rumble classes. 

 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Payments: Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling the sessions.

All sessions must be used within 24 weeks of purchase date, any sessions outstanding after this period will be lost.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: When a client schedules a session, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for both us and our clients. Therefore, 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (00350) 200 44242 for staff Personal Trainers. Contact your personal trainer directly for Freelances.

As a courtesy to our clients and because we realize emergencies do occur, clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 4 times per year outside the 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy by giving us a minimum 3-hour notice. If a client chooses to use this option and gives at least a 3-hour notice, that session will not be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. However, a cancelled or rescheduled session will still be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions if less than a 3-hour notice is given in any case.

Similarly, this policy applies to our staff. Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with a client, we will do our best to provide the client with 24-hour notice. If we cannot provide 24-hour notice, we will not deduct that session from the client’s package of purchased sessions.

No-Show Policy: Should a client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.

Refunds: Sorry, there are no refunds for Personal Training purchases. Would a member of the staff discontinue the contract with us, the remaining sessions would be transferred to another internal Personal Trainer.

Would a Freelance Personal trainers discontinue the contract with us, he/she compromises to transfer paid sessions to another Personal Trainer or refund the client the total value of the remaining sessions.

 

TERMINATION BY Ocean Health Club

You agree that Ocean Health Club, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Ocean Health Club or use of the Site and/or Club and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any content uploaded by you, at any time. Ocean Health Club may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Site and/or Club, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site or any account you may have or portion thereof and/or Club may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Ocean Health Club will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.

Applicable only to corporate accounts authorized by us: If you are using or opening an account on the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (a “Subscribing Organization”), then you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Subscribing Organization with the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.

You agree that the information you provide to Ocean Health Club on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to Ocean Health Club. The Ocean Health Club Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the privacy policy carefully for information relating to Ocean Health Club’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

 

PROHIBITED CLUB CONDUCT

By using the Site, you promise to:

Gym Etiquette

- Please put back ALL equipment after use

- Don't rest weights on upholstery

- Don't let weight stacks crash down at the end of a set

- No bags/food on the gym floor

- Jeans, flip flops & barefoot is not permitted

- Share equipment, don’t hog it

- Wipe your machine down after use

- Do not make unnecessary noises

- Arrive to classes 15 minutes early

- Gym mirrors are for form and safety, please refrain from walking in front of members when they are exercising and using these

- A towel must be worn in the Sauna

- Kindly bring your towels back to reception
